identify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>relevant KPIs that should be measured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relevant stakeholder groups for whom we are measuring KPIs <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appropriate short- and long-term KPIs (those that can be measured at the moment of service and those that might take long time to appear)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if there are conflicting expectations of different
