that should be measured<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relevant stakeholder groups for whom we are measuring KPIs <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appropriate short- and long-term KPIs (those that can be measured at the moment of service and those that might take long time to appear)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if there are conflicting expectations of different stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p
